The Solis Maestro Plus Grinder

A new metal base and grey enclosure give this new grinder a bold distinctive look, with physical improvements more than doubling of the weight over the basic Maestro to 7.5 lbs. The additional weight gives the Maestro Plus a professional feel with increased stability and quieter operation. The Maestro Plus design is a product of North American ingenuity with extensive feedback from experts in the commercial cafe as well as the home kitchen.

The Maestro Plus is built with conical burrs that can produce the perfect grind for any style of coffee from Turkish to French Press. The range of grind is 30% greater than the original Maestro; this increase is on the coarsest settings making it easier to get the perfect grind for Drip and French Press. The number of grind setting has been doubled to 40 steps, providing more fine adjustments.
