The Schaerer Junior SuperAutomatic Machine

With Dual-Integrated grinders. the junior will grind, tamp, brew and discharge the used grounds into a container. Result: Consistent and perfectly extracted Espresso, each and every time.

The Ambiente is available with two (2) integrated grinders for two different whole bean blends / roasts / Caffeine levels. Take advantage of the blending feature between the grinders for popular drinks like Half-Caf Americano. For example 30% from one and 70% from the other grinder to get an all new blend and beverage characteristics.
Standard capacity is 500 gram. The been hoppers can be extended in 1kg increments.

The AutoSteam wand features an integrated sensor, monitoring the milk temperature during steaming and shuts off automatically at just the right time. There is no more worry of scalded milk with perfectly steamed milk every time.

No need to waste valuable time, steaming milk in front of the machine. The independent powerful 3kW Steam Boiler makes sure you never run out of steam.
