Quality Coffee Systems has been in operation since 1997. The founding members are Florian Philipp and Roger Knecht, a father and son team. Florian is a technical engineer with over 30 years experience while Roger has strong customer service background. QCS is the only company in Western Canada that excusively deals with super automatic espresso machines, a technology which is being rapidly embraced by the North American market.The advantage of greater speed combined with consistent quality often makes the difference between a successful and a mediocre specialty coffee program. QCS is an official distributor for Schaerer of Switzerland who is the most successful manufacturer worldwide in its field. Schaerer has been manufacturing coffee brewing equipment since 1924 and offer the largest selection of automatic models today. QCS is not only known as a vendor for quality espresso equipment but also for superior technical service. Every technical representative has undergone rigorous factory training in Switzerland. A number of well known coffee companies rely on QCS as their technical support team.
